How it works
Four steps, with you in control.

Install and connect
Install White Lab on your PC, sign in with TikTok and authorize White Lab on TikTok's own screen. We never ask for or store your password.

Prepare the post
Pick the video, write the caption and choose who can view it, whether comments, duet and stitch are allowed, and whether the video promotes your own brand or is branded content (a paid partnership). Nothing comes pre-selected.

Schedule
Pick the day and time, accept TikTok's declarations and confirm. The video is only sent to TikTok at the time you set.

Follow up
See each post's status in the calendar (scheduled, published or failed) and get notified when it goes live.

Every post with the choices TikTok asks for.
Nothing comes pre-selected. Before scheduling, you decide:
- Who can view the video.
- Whether comments, duet and stitch are allowed.
- Whether the video promotes your own brand or is branded content (a paid partnership).
- The caption, the day and the time.

Good to know
- TikTok may take a few minutes to process the video after the scheduled time.
- Each account has a maximum video length, and White Lab warns you beforehand if a video is longer.
- Branded content cannot be visible only to you: TikTok requires it to be public.
- TikTok limits how many videos each account can publish per day and may block a post at that moment. If a post cannot go out, it shows as failed and you are notified.
- The video goes out exactly as you uploaded it, with no watermark or logo of ours.
What White Lab uses
Only what it needs to publish what you scheduled.
- Basic profile information (display name and avatar), to show which account is connected.
- Permission to upload and publish the videos you schedule, with the caption and settings you choose.
- The scheduled videos and captions, kept only until they are published.
What it never does
Your data and your account stay yours.
- Publish anything you did not schedule.
- Change a scheduled post without you.
- Read your messages, your followers or data about the people who watch your videos.
- Sell your data or use it for advertising.
Who can use it
Partner creators and the people who run campaigns with them.
White Lab is for creators aged 18 or older, on a Windows 10 or 11 PC, who are our partners or run campaigns with them. To get started, email us and we will enable your access. Users must follow TikTok's rules and our Terms of Service. How we handle data is described in our Privacy Policy.
