These are the rules for using the White Software Optimizer website and White Lab, its Windows video scheduling app.
Last updated: October 17, 2026
1. Acceptance
By using this website or White Lab, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
2. What we offer
This website presents White Software Optimizer and our solutions. White Lab, our Windows video scheduling app, lets partner creators prepare, schedule and publish campaign videos on their own TikTok account.
3. Who can use White Lab
- people aged 18 or older;
- creators who are partners of White Software Optimizer or run campaigns with them, with access enabled by our team;
- people who have their own TikTok account and can publish to it.
4. Your TikTok account
The connection is made through TikTok's own authorization, and you can remove it whenever you want. When using White Lab, you remain subject to TikTok's terms and community guidelines. White Software Optimizer is not affiliated with TikTok, and TikTok is not responsible for White Lab.
5. Your content
- you are responsible for the videos and captions you publish;
- you must hold the rights to everything you publish, including music, images and speech;
- by scheduling a post, you authorize its publication on the scheduled day and time, and you can edit, change the time or cancel it before then;
- you must turn on the commercial content disclosure whenever the video promotes your own brand or is a paid partnership, and accept the declarations TikTok requires;
- you keep ownership of your content. We use the videos only to publish them on your account as you scheduled.
6. What is not allowed
- publishing illegal, misleading or offensive content, or content that breaks TikTok's rules;
- using White Lab for spam or to publish to other people's accounts without authorization;
- trying to bypass security, copy or disrupt the website or White Lab.
7. Availability
We do our best to keep everything running, but the website and White Lab may be paused, changed or discontinued. When possible, we give notice. Publishing also depends on TikTok working and on its posting limits. If a post cannot go out at the scheduled time, it shows as failed and we notify you.
8. Liability
The website and White Lab are provided as is. We are responsible for our services within the limits of Brazilian law, but not for failures of third-party services, such as TikTok, or for the content you decide to publish.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end access for anyone who breaks these terms. You can stop using White Lab and disconnect your account at any time.
10. Changes to these terms
If these terms change, we publish the new version on this page, with the update date at the top.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil.
