1. Who we are
White Software Optimizer is responsible for the data handled on this website (whitesoftwareoptimizer.com.br) and in White Lab, our Windows video scheduling app. For any privacy matter, contact us at contato@whitesoftwareoptimizer.com.br.
2. What this policy covers
It applies to this website and to White Lab, our Windows app that lets partner creators schedule and publish videos on their own TikTok account. The programs sold by partner brands have their own policy, on each brand's website.
3. Data we handle
When you visit the website
The website has no sign-up, uses no advertising cookies and no tracking tools. As with any website, the server that hosts these pages records technical access data, such as IP address, browser and time, to keep the website secure and running.
When you write to us
We handle your email address, your name if you provide it, and the content of your message.
When you use White Lab
When you connect your TikTok account, you authorize White Lab on TikTok's own screen. From then on, we handle:
- basic profile information that TikTok shares with your authorization: account identifier, display name and avatar;
- the access authorization TikTok provides, so we can publish on your behalf only the posts you schedule;
- the videos, captions, the settings of each post (who can view it, interactions and commercial content disclosure) and the day and time you schedule.
We never ask for or store your TikTok password.
4. How we use the data
- to show which TikTok account is connected;
- to keep the posts you scheduled and publish them on the scheduled day and time, with the caption and settings you chose;
- to show the status of each post;
- to reply to your messages;
- to keep the website and the tool secure and running.
We use data to provide the service you asked for, based on your consent (the authorization on TikTok) and on our legitimate interest in keeping everything secure, under Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD).
5. What we never do
- sell your data;
- use your data for advertising;
- publish anything you did not schedule;
- change a scheduled post without you;
- access your messages, your followers or data about the people who watch your videos.
6. Who we share data with
- TikTok, only what is needed to publish the videos you scheduled;
- the services that host the website, the tool and our email, which handle data only to provide that service;
- authorities, when required by law.
7. How long we keep data
We keep the TikTok connection data while your account is connected. Scheduled videos are kept until they are published or until you cancel the schedule; after that, we delete the video file and keep only the post history (date and status). When you disconnect, we stop accessing your account and remove the connection data and any posts that have not gone out yet. Messages you send us are kept for as long as needed to handle your request.
8. How to disconnect and request deletion
You can disconnect your account from White Lab at any time, or remove access in your own TikTok settings. You can also request the deletion of your data by emailing contato@whitesoftwareoptimizer.com.br.
9. Security
We protect data with encrypted connections and access restricted to our team.
10. Your rights
Under the LGPD, you can at any time:
- confirm whether we handle your data and access it;
- correct incomplete or wrong data;
- request the deletion of your data;
- know who we share your data with;
- withdraw your consent.

11. Minimum age
White Lab is only for people aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly handle data from minors.
